Snacking

Based on a 1400 calorie diet about what percentage of my calories should be snacks? I am a Major snacker. I was noticing in the past that I can easily snack away over 30% of my calories. Is that normal? I lost about 70 lbs and over the last year I have gained 20 back. I'm super disappointed and NEED to get back on track.

    Eat in whatever pattern and whatever times make you feel best. If that's 30% snacks, then great. The important thing is to find what works best for you.
