Help working out Cals burnt please
I've just really pushed myself on the treadmill doing interval run at pace of 8 for 3min then walk 3min at pace of 6. I did this for 45min/5km total. My treadmill says I burnt only 150 calories but it's not got my weight or anything set into it. How can I work out what I've burnt please? Is there an app?

Hoping to get support whilst breastfeeding
Hi there, I'm hoping to connect with a few other mums using MFP whilst still breastfeeding. I have a nearly 5month old and am exclusively bf'ing. I've worked out my BMR and added approx 280 cals as cardio each day...not sure if this is right or not. Be great to chat to others in the same boat? Thanks K

Small loss this week which doesn't make sense.
Hi, Looking for some advice... I have a calorie target of 1600pw and my average was 1408 week 1 and 1138 week 2. I lost 2.4kg week 1 but only 600g week two. I'm gutted, been exercising a lot more week 2, not enough to build heavy muscle to affect the scales but burning more cals which reflected in my average. Anyone shed…
