Hey all, Happy New Year! You know when you exercise and then you get more calories... Am I supposed to eat the extra calories so my 'net' is 1200 or do I just take it as bonus calories? Seems a shame to eat it! Confused!?!
Hey, new to all this and need some support to keep me going! Any of you coeliacs out there? I was a UK6/8 before diagnosis and have been piling the weight on ever since and I want the old me back, well, UK10 would be great! How about you? Why are you all here?
