Hey, new to all this and need some support to keep me going!
Any of you coeliacs out there? I was a UK6/8 before diagnosis and have been piling the weight on ever since and I want the old me back, well, UK10 would be great!
How about you? Why are you all here? Anyone fancy palling up to keep each other going?
