How am I supposed to keep up with calories burned?!? If I'm not hungry at all and eat a balanced diet of 1600/cal per day, but exercise about 600+ cals per day, do I HAVE to eat those cals? I don't want to consume too few, but I'm hoping for a real response that helps me out! Thanks!
