32 lbs is a big deal! Congratulations! It's no easy feat, definitely worth celebrating:)

I have tried Designer Whey before I got serious into exercising. I've read some pretty bad stuff about it. I now use BSN Syntha-6 Vanilla Ice Cream flavor and I love it. It's a little sweet, but not overly and it's almost like a treat after a workout. It's delicious. I've added it into baked goods and oatmeals also.

The insult probably came from her dislike for Kardashian's fame *kitten*-ing.

Congratulations! You look wonderful! I hope to be posting my goal pictures up here within a year. Thanks for the motivation, I could use it!
-
Great job! I can't wait to see your goal pics!

I used to LOVE sweet potato fries from a BBQ restaurant that made their own spicy ketchup to go with them. I make my own mixture of ketchup and chipotle tabasco. So amazing!!!!!

35 lbs doesn't sound like a lot, but you look amazing!!!

You look amazing! I'm so happy for your success! You'll reach your goal in no time.

I know the feeling! Except my husband will actually come up to me and try to get me to eat garbage. He always tries to sabotage me! If the temptation is really strong, keep some not so guilty snacks on hand. I would eat Double Chocolate Vitatops when I needed some chocolate bad.

Wow! Thank you for posting this! This is such great motivation to me. Looking at the changes on a daily basis are almost unnoticeable and make it difficult to focus on my first goal of reaching 250. You look wonderful! Congratulations on your success!

I recently met with a dietitian who told me I should eat 1600 cals/day and exercise 600 cals worth but not to eat back the cals I burnt off. That would net me only 1000/day! I thought this sounded low.

Oscar Meyer turkey bacon is a good alternative to regular bacon.

I like Cardio Trainer because there are widgets you can add that track how many calories you've burned in a week. It's nice watching that number go up.

Instead of adding water or milk to scrambled eggs, try plain yogurt or sour cream. It makes them a lot creamier and tastier!

I had Mirena first and used it for about 2 years. I loved that I had only 3 periods/year with it but then I started getting crippling headaches. I wasn't able to walk/move and would pass out. I was given all sorts of meds but it finally went away after having Mirena removed. I'm now using the copper one with no hormones…

I don't think it needs to be sweetened at all. It tastes good when it's really cold.

I recently started drinking unsweetened almond milk and I really like it! I don't know that I would drink it straight up, but I really like the taste in cereals and I've used it in oatmeal. I like it A LOT better than soy milk. The unsweetened kind is 40cals/cup and it's good.

I found them in the cooler where natural foods/organic/tofu is kept at my grocery store. They were only $1.99 a package and a package is usually a serving for 40 cals. I thought they were just as filling as regular pasta but I didn't feel stuffed after eating.
-
I've tried the hungry girlfredo with the noodles. I went above and beyond heating/squeezing the liquid out of them and they were still a consistency I couldn't quite enjoy. They're pretty rubbery, nothing like real pasta. They don't taste bad at all as long as you rinse them well. For me, it was just a consistency thing.…

It's easy to give in... especially to cheesecake! My fave dessert... yum. Anyways... you can make up for the splurge by getting back on track now that it's no longer taunting you.

Wow! Great job! What an inspiration:) We're close in age with the same weight loss goal.

That's a healthy amount to lose each week! Try not to get down on yourself. It's a lot of hard work for a reward that's barely noticeable. If you change your good (although time consuming and tiring) habits now, you may undo all your hard work and take a few steps back.

vitamuffins! I always gave my 4 year old vitatops, but I never tried them until recently. Wow! They really help when I'm craving chocolate. 9g fiber, full of vitamins and only 100 cals!

Welcome to MFP! I hope you enjoy the site as much as so many of us do. I like that they have an app so I can keep myself in check everywhere! Good luck on your journey!

My favorite way to eat beets is on a salad. Usually with dark greens or spinach. They go really well with nuts and full flavored cheeses like feta, bleu, gorgonzola, goat cheese. There are a lot of recipes you can find on allrecipes.com or other sites, too! I love jarred beets, but usually in a fully loaded salad.

I've been doing the points plus program for about 2 months and I've lost 12 lbs. I don't pay WW, I just calculated my points and use an app on my phone. I use that and mfp.
