Anyone using exogenous ketones?
Currently I am trying the ones from Ketond.. Tiger's Blood flavor. This brand has no carbs and taste pretty good.

Cheeapest Blood Ketone strips

T25 group here or FB that is just T25
looking for a group of T25 focus folks.. preferably JUST T25.. not ALL of the beachbody programs and 50% coaches. I don't mind one or 2 coaches.. but is seems most of the groups are 50 to 75% coaches. Looking for a group of regular folk with real feedback. I can't keep up will all of the beachbody programs right now
