I go with total carbs, not exactly net carbs. I will subtract fiber but not sugar alcohols. non starcy Veggies just have too many vitamins etc. I will eat spinach, broccoli, cauliflower without worry.

I was able to get my wedding ring on for the first time in over a year. It was a little snug but up to now it wasn't even close to fitting. I hope to be able to wear it full time in another few weeks.

My weight as gone steadily up over the past 2 years (though eating LC). Doc says it is because my gut flora is out of wack. I have been working on fixing the gut health. My Dr. had me increase my protein and recommended Premier Protein Shakes, with 30g of protein each. Only 160 calories each. They do have some artificial sweeteners but only 3 net carbs each. I have never been a fan of BMI because truthfully one way to lower your BMI is chop off a leg. Yep you will lower your BMI, but you are no more fat or thin at this point.

I have not tried to make pasta yet, but we have great luck with Fathead dough for pizza and a mix of almond flour and psyllium husk for rolls. hotdog/hamburger buns.

I have a grinder for my Pink salt, so the refill bags have rocks about 1/4" in size. I just keep some in a small bowl on my desk at work and just grab one now and then and place it under my tongue and takes very till time to dissolve. If you don't like the salty flavor you can just sip water as it dissolves.

@KnitOrMiss , yep that is pretty much what it taste like (a blend of coconut, watermelon and strawberry) It does seem to help with mental clarity. It has a nice flavor without being Koolaid sweet. Sweetened with a little bit of sucralose. I usual take my morning vitamins with it. It a nice alternative to water.
