Is it okay?
So i'm back on the bandwagon (again!) and i'm watching what i eat and trying to count calories. Unfortunately i'm going over my calories (including the ones i eat back that are earned from exercise) but it's "healthy" foods. Is this okay?

excercise suggestions??
I busted up my leg and havent been able to do any walking or bike riding for the last 2 weeks:frown: Does anybody have any suggestions as to what i can do for excercise until i'm back up to par??
