For the past 3 months I've been re-training myself to think about eating good fats and dumping "low fat" labels. I feel much better and have continued to lose the last 10 pounds--eating more full fat, skipping low fat. I also cut way down on carbs, eliminated most added sugars. Don't feel hungry or deprived. Not preaching…
