I used to have The One, now have changed to Charge HR. I have synced with my Iphone and with MFP. All says "synced" but no showing calories burned on my diary in MFP. Have I missed a step?

I guess I haven't set up my carbs, protein, fat percentages. I just happen to look at my percentages and it has carbs at 50%. What are some of your percentages? What is the healthy range for fats, carbs, proteins. Why doesn't it show veggies and fruit?

Just getting to know the site. So far so good. Uploaded all my food yesterday and it was so easy! I was over my alloted calories so did some juggling today. Kinda fun! I am looking forward to getting to know the app/site better. Anyone with some helpful hints?
