Anyone with bipolar disorder?
Hi - I know many people suffer from this illness and many of the medications cause weight gain - I have also suffered from this illness and have been struggling to get my old self back again - thought it might be nice to have others to chat with on the boards who deal with this.

So I just did this class today and found it was awesome - what a great way to get weight training in - better than personal training - won't be able to walk tomorrow - going to do spin though LOL :) Feeling great being back to the gym!
