Hi everyone - so yesterday went well - I did find myself feeling a bit hungry in the evening and having to remind myself often that I am limited for intake - there are quite a few recipes I am looking forward to trying - hope the rest of you are doing well and I look forward to hearing about your progress also :)

I think some of it can be solved with weight training - but some of it may be skin :S - on the good side you are obviously losing lots if your skin is doing that...

LOL - I do this all the time - I can remember when I was a kid I called the patrol doors where the road patrollers went outside the bada doors - no idea where it came from. My mouth changes the words at work too - I am nurse so you can imagine how that sounds sometimes LOL

It is weight training in a class - it's awesome - you train all parts of the body - when you are just starting out you just go your own pace - I totally out of shape but managed to get through the class - I have a feeling there will be some stiffness for the next few days but I plan on doing another class wednesday.
