Calf ache help
I exercise 4 - 6x a week early in the morning (6 am or earlier), mostly a mixture of boot camps and 3.5 - 6 miles of running on alternating days. Recently, I've been experiencing a pain in my right calf that lingers much of the day. The first 100 yards or so of running hurts, but after that I'm fine. Any advice on how to…
