Need low-medium impact exercises outside the gym
Can you guys recommend low impact-medium impact/intensity exercises that can be done outside the gym? I know many of you will want to say walking and jogging but please don't. Feel free to recommend youtube videos, activities, exercise programmes/plans etc.

Do you have a time after which you don't eat anything?
I don't eat after 7. I've read that you should stop eating 3-4 hours before bed and seeing that I'm an early sleeper this works for me. What about you? Do you stop eating after a certain time or do you eat as you need to?

What to log PIYO as?
I've recently started doing Piyo and I'm not sure what to log it as. I tried yoga but it's saying 60 calories for 20 minute session and i think i must have burnt more with all that sweating. Any help? Also same question for Insanity Max

Is it better to be on a high carb,low fat diet or a low carb,high fat diet?
If you've tried either can you tell me how it has worked for you and examples of foods you ate. I'm currently just trying to lower the amount of carbs i take in but i'm wondering if that plus my regular fat and protein levesl will result in me feeling low on energy.
