Hey Guys, I am working out about 6 times a week doing insanity however I am not seeing much change in my weight. My measurements have changed (wooohooo) But I want to see the weight go down. Can anyone recommend a Diet? Something that doesn't have so many protein shakes a day. I always feel very hungry. Thanks Mayra
