Absolutely Devastated
Long story short, I weighted 236 lbs at my heaviest. I worked out, did yoga, ate right and lost over 80lbs to reach my goal of 150. Then life fell apart. My husband ( who was abusive) left me, you would think this was a good thing but for some reason it sent me into a spiral wondering if everything he had said all along…

86 lbs ... turned 69 lbs.

Any Hikers in here that would be interested in
Keeping a running tally of hiking miles or mountains climbed through out the year? Updating every month or few weeks? I'm just tossing the idea around for a challenge. Thoughts? Each month rating Master of the Mountain for most miles, and biggest looser? Maybe a year long challenge?
