I lost 86lbs and met my goal...then I gained back to 174. I am back here after some issues and kinda wanted to put this up to remind myself that I can still do this, and that I can reach my goal of 150 again and maybe even go past it. I was just kinda down about the weight gain and getting started so I thought sharing these might help me get my motivation back.

Thanks for sharing! Losing that much weight is sooo hard to do! You should be extremely proud of myself! And you CAN reach your goal weight! You did it before, so you know it's definitely possibly. I believe in you!
