How can I log this into MFP? do I log it as walking or jogging or half and half? Could others who've done the program offer their advice please.

Half way to my goal, but how?

Minimum Calories
I have a question on exercise and BMR. Should my caloric intake ever be less than my Basal Metabolic Rate? My exercise subtracts from the daily intake, Do I need to eat more to bring this back up to Basal Metabolic Rate?
