I joined on 12-30-2010 and have seen improvement already as MFP gave me an easy way to see what and where my calories, fats, carbs, etc are coming from and how to modify my eating habits to reduce the amount of fat packing foods I ingest. My wife and sister-in-law joined and I decided to check it out and was very impressed with the database of foods already here. I love looking over the forums for answers to the inevitable questions that have come up. Thanks to those who have come before me and those who are in it with me.
