I am doing 60 minutes on my treadmill at level 3 and it states I've burned 403 calories. When I plug in walking at 3.0 mph in MFP, it says I've only burned 275 calories. Big difference! Not sure which is correct. I don't want to give myself more calories just in case it's incorrect. Does anyone have any advice on this?…
