Week 8 Done! Final week here i come
I finished up week 8 last night and now onto week 9! Looking back it is hard to believe that I can actually run for almost a half hour straight compared to huffing and puffing after a minute of running in week 1.

Want to add weight training to ellipitcal training
I would like to add some weight training to my elliptical training program. So far I have been on the elliptical for about 45 minutes, 5 days a week. What are some basic exercises that I could ad to supplement this? I currently have access to a gym so most equipment is available to me. My main goal is weight loss but also…
