I've been following my MFP recommendation (1480) for almost two weeks now & I haven't seen any results. How long does restricted calorie eating take to show results? I've been slowing building in exercise as well. :(

How much should I eat on workout days?
I'm really concerned about not taking in enough calories when I work out. Yesterday I burned somewhere around 500 calories & I was under my calorie goal for the day, putting me at about 1500 calories. My mom and I are starting a three-day juicing cleanse and I was wondering if any of you guys have ever done juicing & if you had any recipes to share! I'm also not sure what kind of diet I should go to afterwards, and how this will affect my calorie intake/how to put this into MFP. Thanks for the help!

Beginning
So... what kind of exercises would y'all recommend for a beginner? I've never really exercised much before so I don't want to jump straight into something like 30DS, but is there something that will help me lose weight & tone that I can start doing now?
