I'm really concerned about not taking in enough calories when I work out. Yesterday I burned somewhere around 500 calories & I was under my calorie goal for the day, putting me at about 1500 calories. I was really confused by how it worked out because I was in deficit but my calorie limit is 1480!
So how many extra calories should I be consuming for all of this to work? Thanks in advance!

My friends on here have told me that I don't have to eat my exercise calories and that I don't need to if i'm trying to lose weight. The goal is to eat less and exercise more. I decided only to eat those calories if I need them Ex. If I go out to eat that day and their is nothing on the healthy menu that interest me, I eat whatever I want. I rarely go out to eat so I don't see myself using it much.0
