I have just about reached my goal weight and will be attempting to add an additional 500 calories a day to maintain and it is making me a little anxious. Any suggestions on adding calories in a healthy manner? Thanks!!

I've been using MFP for 40 days now. I've been trying to exercise at least 5 days a week and stay within my suggested calories. So far I have had great success. I am feeling better, and look forward to getting healthier.
