Maintaining weight

I have just about reached my goal weight and will be attempting to add an additional 500 calories a day to maintain and it is making me a little anxious. Any suggestions on adding calories in a healthy manner?

    Congrats on almost reaching goal! I spent three months tweaking before I found my maintenance sweet spot. I do 8:16 IF with a two meal/no snacking format. Doing this has allowed me to maintain without counting calories or tracking anything :) Just do some experimenting and see what works best for you, for maintenance.
