Hi there!! So I just started doing hot yoga and so far I love it. I've actually dropped a few pounds in the last week and I was stuck on a plateau. I was just curious to see how everyone else feels about it and am curious to hear about personal experiences.
Do any of the ladies here ever gain weight when you are on your period. If so about how much? I feel like I've been doing everything that I'm supposed to but this last week I have gained two pounds and I wonder if I can attribute it to being that time of the month. I appreciate any input!
