What do you guys do when yesterdays workout has you so sore, you may be unable to perform today? Do you rest 1 day? Or push through? I don't want to damage any muscles. I am an avid runner, but had knee surgery 5 weeks ago, so I am doing a lot of new workout routines to build muscle,,
