Finding my routine
Is do people go about finding their routine for exercise ect? Meals little and often? I'm rubbish with time management and work 8 - 6 so need to organise my day properly and really motivate myself. Full even below 1200 calories
I'm feeling full before I reach my 1200 calorie goal. Iv not been eating right for years and had days of eating nothing then binging. Now I'm trying to train myself to 3 meals a day.
