Is the work out working out?
Has anyone worked out for about an hour, and you get all sweaty and red in the face and start breathing hard, but your body doesn't feel worked out? Thoughts and opinions?

Weight loss=weight gain
I've been keeping up with my calories but I've been working out at the same time. I haven't lost weight. Could that be because I'm gaining muscle?
