Up 3, Down 3, what is your free day?

So I started dieting in January and have happily lost about 15 pounds since. I've also been doing zumba classes for an hour up to 2-3 times a week and I allow myself the weekends as my "free days". This method has helped me in my weight loss for these 15 pounds but lately, it's been acting up. Every week, I'm either down 3 pounds or up 3 pounds. I just can't seem to lose that weight. Because of this, I've also been watching my calories for the weekends but the scale remains the same. Any tips? Do you allow yourself any free days?

    I track every day. Don't see the point of ignoring a day.
