Before or After?
Hey! Just hoping to get some opinions. Do you all log your food and exercise before the day begins and try to stick to it, or do you log it at the end of the day....or even real-time? Today I am trying to log it before and try to stick to it. We will see how that goes!

A "New" Old User...
Hey everyone! I've been on and off here a few times. Trying something new...I'm going to use the community page this time and make some (virutual) friends who are eating healthy and exercising to hopefully help me stay on track! I'm excited to start focusing on my health and put a focus on tracking my progress. :-)
