My husband brought home KFC and although I ate my dinner two hours ago I couldn't resist trying some and ended up eating a bunch of fried chicken wings and a biscuit with butter:sad: I'm so bummed, I had been doing so well this week on eating right. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resist temptation?

When you have a cheat meal or day do you usually try to stay within your allotted calories or just ignore them for they day? I had my first cheat meal since joining MFP and I'm pretty sure I'm going to go over my allowed calories.

First day!
Hello! This is my first time on this site and I signed up right away. I have been working on eating better and working out for a while but I've been slipping lately. It seems that my motivation has left me and I find my self eating more and making excuses for not making it to the gym. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas…
