Had our routine Saturday morning team exercise. After the sessions and an hour of cut-throat racquet ball, Terry and I walk/ran a mile.

I did a mile plus at 18.5 min per mile - It is a bit chilly outside

Monday 23 December
Walked 2+ miles - lost track exactly - with 11 laps per mile it's easy to lose track ...., and we didn't time the walk/run. So we walked / ran from about 330 to 420, then went to our cardio-sculpt class.

After our 30 minute cardio-challenge, completed our 1 mile walk / run at the gym.

Got my walk in early. 1 mile in 15 minutes before work while waiting for a friend. I will probably log another one this afternoon.

After a rousing 2 hours of racquetball (cutthroat) I did my mile walk / run in 14 minute 20 sec
