Just completed my trek - 2.5 miles at a 14 min /mi pace - best so far. Thanks to all for starting the challenge. I enjoyed it and it kept me moving. Happy New Year. :glasses:

I have the Flex - I love it. I have been considering the Force because recently my office moved into a building with STAIRS.... the biggest downside for me about the Force is having to remove it to shower.

Terry and got our mile in after kettle bell - about 17 minute mile.

I got my walk in today. 2 miles - 35 minutes.

Late reporting - I did my mile yesterday after our Saturday morning Group (such as it was - just Terry and i) workout. Then we played racquetball for about an hour.

That is true talent I've been snuffy and on the verge of declaring a cold .... I walk / ran two miles (30 minutes) at the gym - but no extra classes today.

After an hour of racquet ball, I walked a 17 minute mile.

Did another 1 mile walk in the afternoon with Terry. it took about 16 minutes

Got my walk in later - about 7 went for a two mile walk/jog. It took me 34 minutes - Sidewalks were very slippery so I jogged where they were clear.

started the day with about mile and one half - the mile was in our walk run pattern two laps walk, one run, - repeat twice more and then two final laps walking (11 laps = 1 mile). Then our group workout for an hour and a pretty intense game of cutthroat racquette ball. Great day - now off to walk around shopping.

Took it easy today - no classes, I did a 2 mile walk/run in 29 minutes.

Got my mile walk/run (16 minutes) after racquet ball and a cardio-challenge class. FUN TIMES

The gym was open WOOT.... Terry and I had our kettle-bell class then walked a mile at a quick pace before our cardio-sculpt class. A good day all around.

Still not complete ... I have about 2 miles recorded from just my daily walking around. The gym at the base closed today as I was arriving due to the snow. ARRRGGGG ....

The base hosted a 5K Reindeer Run. Terry and I walked it with a couple jogging sprints mixed in. Fortunately we caught it before weather got nasty here in Columbus.

Terry and I attended the 30 minute cardio challenge class at the gym on base and after we walked about 2.5 miles. One of the miles was HIIT - run a lap and then walk two, A mile is 11 laps.

Didn't get back in to complete the report. I walked/ran almost 1.5 miles - including the run interval is an invigorating challenge. Then two hours of a variety of th eclaases offered at the base gym. Scotty - thanks for generating the group. Today rather than just walking, I alternated - two laps walking then 1 running. I did a 1.5 miles today.

I use a Fitbit flex - but any of the three styles are great - I love that it syncs with MFP. As to Heart Rate Monitors, I found a Scorcese on Amazon for under 30.00 - it links with the smartphone by bluetooth.
