Do you weigh your pizza???
Like when you order pizza and have the nutritional guide....Do you just eat 3 pieces and log those 3 according the site. Or do you weigh and eat according to the serving (grams)..... Cause I just ordered pizza and according to them an average medium slice is 125 grams, but when weighed some were only 90 some grams. So…

Quinoa: Worth the high calories?
I want people's opinions on Quinoa....I love the stuff because its super easy to make lots of at once plus I'm a vegetarian so it's a great source of protein for me....But it's 160 cals per 1/4 cup, that seems like alot to take it at once? Bad Balance?
I've noticed during my programs that I have HORRIBLE balance. Anybody else find this to be a problem for them? As a little girl I was prone to ear infections and as an adult I find I get a lot of vertigo but generally just have bad balance and can be clumsy. So I just got my Focus T25 in the mail today and before I start I'm getting some new shoes. Looking for comfortable durable shoes but also have to be affordable as well. Ok. So I'm having trouble knowing which "Nutrient", let's call it, is the most important? In the sense that avoiding it or eating as little of it as possible, is the most important. Is it the number of cals? Or the fat content? Type of fat? Is it the carbs? Or is it sugar? I'm guessing most people will say sugar, however…
