  • They're like candy!!! I buy them from Planet Organic here, they're pricey but sooooo worth it!
  • I can kinda relate to not knowing how people see you til hearing some of their comments. Last fall I had decided that I was not going to gain any more of the weight I had lost (had gained 12 pounds of 38 back). So around October I got back at er and lost 15 pounds by xmas. At Xmas my bf's sister gave me an XL men's sweater…
  • Well my answer was dead on. Apparently I'm "the perfect pear"....strange I never really thought of myself as pear shaped. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing that I guessed dead on.....I guess I don't have an unrealistic view of my body? Meh
  • Bacon Sushi Ketchup Any kind of ribs....eck. The worst one.....seafood and any fish. If it swims or crawls on the ocean floor...yuck. Wish I liked it! Seems I'm the only one who doesn't!!!
  • My boyfriends always used to be skinnier than I. The one I have now is only 15 pounds heavier.....and really really bad at guessing weight. I take solace in that lol
  • Yeah we definitely need a lot more background to determine if you're eating enough/too much.
  • I personally have had great success with 3 different BB programs. I think you could do really well as long as you stick to a REASONABLE deficit and stick with it. I say this because, some of them have 2 cal levels they give you and in my own experience, the 1200 cal level wasn't enough, because they don't have you eating…
  • Ummmmmm, I was STILL losing 1.5 pounds a week eating at 1750 so not too sure what you are trying to say there. No one said it can't be done, tons of people have lost on a big deficit because, well duh IT'S STILL A DEFICIT. We just said there's a better way. One that doesn't leave you going to bed hungry at night a b****y…
  • You're not overweight enough to lose it that fast. You can do it but not in this time frame.
  • Most in one month? The first 2-3 months usually 6 pnds. After that 2-4
  • If it's about energy you can use a B50 complex vitamin that will help with that!

  • There's a program here (rather expensive one) that you pay to have b6 and b12 injected and they put you on a strict diet to lose weight. You give urine samples twice a week to see if you're in ketosis. It's called Dr Bernstein and I know of a few people who have been successful with it, but honestly they all ended up…

  • I'm the same way. Here's some of the things I do: Gum Low cal ice cream bars. I have 40 cal mini fudgesicles and 80 cal mini sandwiches. Chocolate bars that come in squares and have 3 or 4. Orrrrr You just reserve the cals and eat it guilt free even if it is 150+ cals.
  • I always drop a lot.....then as the day goes on I gain because my body holds on to every ounce of water because it's so dehydrated. Alcohol is a diuretic so you'll usually see a huge drop then a huge gain in water weight. Usually takes me a couple days to even out!
  • I officially don't care! Instead the hubby and I will just go for a walk to even some of it out :)
  • The small pizza joints always have the best pizza and such!!!! Downfall is the lack of nutritional info :(
  • That's what im thinkin.....Also....have you tried to do cardio after eating pizza? I usually eat 3-4 pieces and I've tried to do late night cardio or walk after (3 hrs or so) and still get MASSIVE cramps :(
  • This is why I like to make my own food. I work at a restaurant too and still bring my own. If I do use something from work they all look at me like im nuts if I go in the freezer or whatever to look at the label! lol
  • LOL, well this one didn't have veggies....I know bad bad bad. But yeah, you're right. No way of knowing. I just to pick the ones that look average and not smothered in cheese :)
  • Touche! I'm just wanting to make sure I'm not shortchanging myself, last meal of the day you know ;)
  • Right??? I want to make sure I'm getting all the bang for my buck, so why short myself....Although, it could go the other way too like some packaged food!
  • Bump! Anyone???
  • I agree with all the people saying it seems like a reasonable loss. When I started I was losing bout 6 a month but of course that slowed down after a while. There's no method to the madness sometimes, some weeks I can eat way over and not gain. Whereas sometimes I had a period with no loss or lost at a quicker rate than I…
  • This. And my fave kind of organic apples. Babybel cheese, 9$ for a pack of 8 baby cheese balls :(
  • Hard to pick just 3.... 1. Lost 35 pounds 2. Can shop in regular stores and have my sizes be in stock 3. No longer get the dreaded thigh chaffing!!!!
  • I have my dinner later, 8-9pm for a couple reasons. I'm a server so by the time I'm able to eat it's after the dinner rush. Also, I don't get home til 11pm and go to bed around 12:30 so if I eat too early I get hungry before bed :( I've always had this schedule and it never hindered my weight loss. If you're like me and…
  • Lots of people, not ALL people will gain weight back. It's because we often get lazy, and by lazy I don't mean not moving. I mean we get lazy with our nutrition and too lax with food choices. We tend to get comfortable and really enjoy being thinner, example: going out more often. I find the best way to maintain is to keep…
  • Insanity is INTENSE. You need more cals. Especially if you are not even NETTING 1200. I did 3/4 of Insanity. I started at 179 and after a month and a half (stopped because I had a trip to go on) I ended up at 167. I lost 15 inches and my body was the best it's ever been, especially my core. I felt amazing. But while I was…
  • YUP. Hate it when that happens. Like the veggie gyoza I bought. 3 pcs should be 60 grams but when weighed they were 65 grams. Just another reason why a food scale is a huge aid in weight loss success! ETA: Good thing I learned how to cross multiply and divide in school :)
  • Not sure what your budget looks like but I just bought a pair of Asics GT 2000's and I love them. They have a lot of gel and great support. 160$ but worth every penny!
