How much weight loss to expect with Turbofire?

Hello! I just got the set of Turbofire today from a friend and I'm so excited to try them out! I don't have Shakeology or any of the other Beach Body products (not looking for someone to sell them to me either). I was just wondering what kind of weight loss I can expect with this?
I am currently 240 and 5' 6" with hypothyroidism, which I hope doesn't set me back. But I am taking meds for the hypothyroidism. It says its 90 days, which is 3 months. What kind of weight loss, generally, am I looking at in 3 months?
I have 5 months to kick my butt into gear because my husband is deployed, I sat around for 5 months, and now its crunch time!!!
Thanks everyone!

I did them a couple of years ago and lost about 12 lbs during the three months. I was only about 30 lbs from my goal weight when I started though, and those last pounds are a bit peskier to lose.0

Your weight loss will depend on calories in vs. calories out, so in other words, your weight loss will depend on what you eat.0

I personally have had great success with 3 different BB programs. I think you could do really well as long as you stick to a REASONABLE deficit and stick with it. I say this because, some of them have 2 cal levels they give you and in my own experience, the 1200 cal level wasn't enough, because they don't have you eating back exercise cals. Not sure what effect your hypothyroidism will have on loss but if it's under control you should be able to lose well?
I did T25 recently and lost 15 pounds and 12 inches, and sometimes though inches matter more than the scale number! Good luck!0 -

Hypothyroidism just makes it harder to lose weight, and its so much easier to gain it back. Its not 100% under control, I just started on some thyroid meds about 3 weeks ago. It might need to be upped in the future.
I plan on eating healthier during the process & drinking lots of water! No fast food or junk for me!0 -
My wife has hypothyroidism too and lost 30lbs. Now down to 125lbs at 5'3".
How did she do it? Calorie deficit and ballroom dancing daily. She lost a pound a week for 30 weeks.
Exercise helps with calorie burn and deficit. Initially it's going to be CICO. IMO the most reasonable way to lose weight is to lose no more than 1% of your body weight a week.
