It's a good habit to count our blessings and look back on the awesome results you've had since starting MFP. How many sizes did you move down? How often do you get compliments now? Were you finally able to cut back on maintenance medicine? Write the best 3!
I'll start:
1) My knees don't hurt anymore when I hike.
2) The compliments definitely upped my confidence.
3) I don't feel as hot and sweaty and tired as before!
I'll second your three (it's like you read my mind) and add these:
a) being able to go further faster
b) wearing 'slim' fit shirts
c) coming off blood pressure meds0 -

Also in tops/blouses size 2X/1X to XL (woman's).
2. I am motivated to take care of the outside of me too. I had been feeling frumpy so I was dressing that way too, not anymore, I am dressing up more, doing my hair/makeup and people are noticing that I look and feel better. Lots more smiles.
3. My knee is feeling better (from ACL surgery a few years ago) and doesn't bother while getting in my minimum 10,000 steps a day!

Yes! Or taking them out of the dryer...that is so weird. I still have a thing about buying jeans or pants, I always think "well yes I can wear some 12/14 but this looks tiny..." then I try them on and they fit. Yay!0 -
1) I can tie my shoes now. I actually had to keep my shoes tied loosely so I could slip them on and off. I can now kneel down and comfortably tie them, no breath holding or gasping.
2) I fit in all chairs now. I used to avoid chairs with armrests.
3) I can ride a bike for 50 miles and take a 5 mile walk shortly after.0 -

Congratulations! I'm still waiting for number 3 to happen for me. I just can't stop craving cheeseburgers and pizza, even after losing 52 lbs. Might just be one of those things that never goes away I guess lol.0 -

2) I learned that I CAN do anything I want

2. I can tie my own shoes(bending down was virtually impossible)

I was advised to lift heavy. OmG! Heavy lifting has done more for my sport (kick boxing) in a couple months than YEARS of light lifting! I'm just amazed!
I am down to my fighting weight/weight class with out all the hassle. MFP makes it idiot proof to lose weight the right way. . . .
Yes! The lifting advice is something I have just started to take seriously. I can't wait to see results! And I love how you described MFP's method as "idiot proof"! So funny, and accurate.0
