It's a good habit to count our blessings and look back on the awesome results you've had since starting MFP. How many sizes did you move down? How often do you get compliments now? Were you finally able to cut back on maintenance medicine? Write the best 3!
I'll start:
1) My knees don't hurt anymore when I hike.
2) The compliments definitely upped my confidence.
3) I don't feel as hot and sweaty and tired as before!

With you on number 3... but I'll add:
1.) Increased range of movement and energy (combined with light stretching/yoga)
2.) Decreased appetite and cravings
3.) Dropped 2 'sizes', from XXL to L and got to go out and buy all new tight fitting clothes and am willing to wear just a t-shirt when I gout out, instead of hiding in XXL shirts and hoodies.0 -
My diabetes is under control and I may have my meds lowered.0

1. Stopped taking Prilosec, don't need it anymore
2. Tons more strength and energy
3. Take less thyroid meds than before0 -
1. I no longer have to take heartburn meds, high blood pressure meds and a beta blocker because my heart was beating too fast.
2. I have energy through the roof!
3. I rediscovered my collar bones and I love shopping for clothes now that show them off.0 -
Just 3? Wow, I could probably name 100
1) I became a runner and I love it. Running has kept me sane.
2) I receive way more compliments, thus increading my confidence
3) I have met some really incredible people on here and created bonds that I am so extremely grateful for.0 -
1. I'm down from a size 42 pants with the comfortable stretch waist to straight 36 (and 34 in some).
2. Stopped taking Nexium for my GERD without any recurrance of chest pains.
3. Met some awesome people who are fighting the same battles that I am.0 -
Completely agree with your three. Here are mine:
1.) I got my BOOTY back (down almost 40 lbs)!!
2.) My husband can't keep his hands (and other body parts) off me!!
3.) my Mother-in-law can't stop complementing me!!0 -
1. Off my incredibly expensive asthma meds
2. Backpain has decreased by leaps and bounds as I have gotten stronger thru exercise and nutrition
3. I'm comfortable!0 -
I have dropped to a UK size 8 (US size 4) from a UK size 16/18 (US size 12/14).
I am the fittest I have been in 25 yrs.
I have managed to shed some of the emotional baggage that led to me getting fat in the first place0 -
1) I think my skin looks better -- smoother, softer, more even. It could just be that I'm happier, though, and liking myself better now that I'm working on myself.
2) I'm happier. I feel good about what I'm doing for my body and the endorphins from the exercise are really making me feel great.
3) I'm getting to the point with my fitness where being active helps me de-stress. I am SO excited to try my new strength exercises today when I get home from work today.
I think, in general, I am a data-driven person and I have never had an eating and exercising plan that was based on data before. I am enjoying myself so much more than I did 6 weeks ago because I have a goal and have measurable ways of achieving that goal.0 -

1. I'm a 57 yo guy with a 32" waist, how many of those do you see?
2. Can walk way longer with less knee pain

1. I was taken of of cholesterol meds.
2. I have dropped 3 pant sizes.
3. I am more confident and outgoing.0 -
1. Started in very tight size 18 jeans and wore a 12 yesterday!
2. I have so much more energy and don't get out of breath when hiking.
3. I never feel hungry and I don't crave sweets0 -
I can shop in the normal stores now, no more plus size and that is a great feeling!
People call me "little"...I've never been considered little except as a child
People say I inspire them and that makes me feel wonderful!0 -
I have lost these 112 lbs going from a size 22 to a 4!
I now enjoy exercising and living a healthier life!
Have met and been so lucky to have the ongoing support of some really great friends on my friends list!0 -
Some amazing answers on here. For me I'm no longer pre-diabetic, I don't hurt all the time anymore, I really like shopping for pretty things to wear now since I went from a 22 to a 12/14 so far.0

1) I have been more motivated because i have somewhere i can post about my progress
2) I actually think about how much i am eating and what i eat because i can see it in writing
3) I have lost 2 kgs already!0
