2. My one friend and my SO say I am inspiring them with my weight loss and they are looking to start losing now as well.
3. I know that my knee replacement is very happy with nearly 30 pounds off of it!!
But in general, I think I just kinda feel better.0 -

2. Can shop in regular stores and have my sizes be in stock
3. No longer get the dreaded thigh chaffing!!!!
I'll second your 2 & 3!
Also:
I'm finally able to tuck my shirt into my jeans and not feel self-conscious because my muffin top is now gone!
I've lost over 20" from my waist, going from an 18/20 to a 6/7.
I'm able to look at a picture of myself or in the mirror and for the first time in almost 20 years like what I see!0 -
1) I am not having anxiety attacks anymore. I leave my stress at the gym.
2) I am in better shape than I've been in 12 years
3) I am totally happy to be in front of a camera again0 -
1) My anxiety has lessened
2) When I look down at my thighs/legs in size 12 jeans, or M athletic shorts, it looks like someone else's body to me
3) My back fat (enormous rolls) went away
Yes! Or taking them out of the dryer...that is so weird. I still have a thing about buying jeans or pants, I always think "well yes I can wear some 12/14 but this looks tiny..." then I try them on and they fit. Yay!0 -

2. I'm strong and sexy and developing a killer body (yay!)
3. I'm loving shopping and mirrors again (yay!)0 -
1. I've started cycling and love it. I did my first 30 mile ride yesterday with my husband's club at 15 mph and survived.
2. I fit into my old clothes from when I was thin at university (15 years ago).
3. I can order and eat a personal pizza and be happy. Before I had to have the large and then I'd be miserable.0 -

I already posted but I love this thread so here's another go...
1) I look at some of my favorite fashion bloggers' high/low (price) posts and in the low category, I'm often like, "ooh I have that top/those jeans/that jacket!" - for years I just read their blogs and tried to translate whatever would work in plus sizes.
2) I inspired a friend of mine to lose 3 pant sizes (so far)
3) I've been mistaken for younger than my real age a lot more. Like, enough by now that I'm truly flattered and don't think it's just a fluke or someone trying to fluff my ego. Yay!0 -
I learned that not everything revolves around the scale- there are also measurements
I cook at home a lot more
I am finally starting to enjoy working out - which is great because when I first met with my nutritionist I told him I was never going to exercise (seriously) I look back and can't understand how I could say that!
Also learned logging is so beneficial now I now how many calories I really eat. When I first started doing this journey I was eating between 2200 and 3000 calories!! How scary!0 -

3. Feel great about myself because of how I look, how I feel physically and how I feel mentally about doing this for myself.
I read the boards a lot and it's a pretty common theme to want to do this for others...your family, kids, etc, but there's no shame in being selfish and wanting to do this for yourself, either. I did this for myself and for the fat guy that never thought he was ever worth it. I am so glad I did.0 -
