DONT KNOW HOW TO PLAN MY WEEKLY WORKOUTS/CLASSES
im a confused as to how i can fit and what days to do my exercise. i wnat to incorporate swimming, class(legs,bums &tums, boxfit) and gym:running weights etc. i know i need a rest day inbetween but dont know how to organise it into a weekly plan :/ i really dont wanna do too much which will hinder me any help would be…

nearly 1200 calories left what to do?
i have put all the food ive eaten today in and have loggedmy exercise as well, i started off with 1200 cals and because of the cals ive burned i have nearly 1200 cals left. i dont know what to do any advice would be great thanks
