thanks ive come up with a plan where i chose two classes i wanted to do and also get my running/weights in and one swim a week. yeh me too tbh ive never really been interested in all this indepth way of losing weight, ive tried and the first week weigh in and lost 1lb it really deflated me and i gave up, whereas now im am so much more determined to become HEALTHY 1ST then strong and lastly slim so any advice i can get i will appreciate it so much :)

im doing the saturday 7th sept not the 8th got it wrong lol! im not that fit but i ran for 3 mins solid the other day on my first ever run, i have got my work cut out to get fit for sept!

lol i feel great cant believe im actually trying to eat more food than less lol i really enjoyed my twix extra chocolate bar it was yummy!!!! have 540 odd cals left so am thinking this will be fine :)

yeah i have a net cal of 74, its not that ive thought im not eating anymore have not felt hungry but the cals etc ive seen are very low and i didnt know whether i should eat them back or not, thanks for the advice :)

i have eaten 867 cals today, :) but have had a lot of good food today , my food diary is open for anyone to look at
