When did you start 'toning' excercise?
I don't want to just be flab and loose. I try to incorporate strength training at least 2 times a week but I feel like I'm all flab and don't see any toning definition, i'm afraid that all the excess I have will just turn into loose skin and am wondering what i can do to really start showing a tone body and not just a drop…

I'm a late night worker and get hungry before I go to bed! Is is really as bad as people say to eat after a certain time at night, even if I haven' t had all my calories for the day?
