I try to do a 30 min circuit room at planet fitness and i just do 2 rotations on the machines so 30 minutes 2 to 3 times a week so far. And I do cardio 60 min 4-5 times a week

I eat 1200 calories and generally do cardio 3-5 times a week about 45 minutes, and some days I throw in strength training on top of that. I feel energized everyday. I don't ever feel like I'm starving. I eat whatever i want, and i lost 14 pounds last month.

Lol I agree there are a lot of characters to meet here. I think it's funny to see how into posts people get even when they know it's a troll post, or just someone trying to get attention.

FB is def still my number one, but now that I'm feeling more motivated I am on here most of my work day...I like to leave all electronics alone on weekend days, so you will never catch me here on a Mon or Tues unless I happen to be working!

I know it sucks sometimes to get out there and do it! I find that it's easier if I have people that i make plans with to work out. Then you have an obligation to keep plans with someone at least. It makes it easier to have a buddy there with you.

We often go to the gym together, it's only $20 for both of us and we get to do everything, personal trainers included and someone is always there to help you with machines that you don't know how to use.
