Beginning arm machines?
I want to start exercising my arms but am not sure what to do! Mainly my target is the under part of my biceps that are in desperate need of some fat shedding. What machines/exercises do you recommend for this and how many reps, how many days a week in combinaion with cardio? What weight? Thanks!

How much should i eat?
I weigh 200lbs, trying to lose weight. I am burning anywhere between 500 to 1000 calories a day. How much should i eat to lose as much as possble? It seems i have reached a halt. My goal sayd 1520 btw. Thanks.

Do you meet your daily calorie goal?
You guys i need your help. Is it better to eat below your daily calorie goal or do you eat what your goal is everyday? I feel so full all the time but cant make it up to even 1100 calories. Opinions please!

What do you do on the treadmill?
Running is the obvious, but it gets boring for me after a few times. I am a beginner and need to improve my cardio. What are some different ways to use the treadmill and still burn fat?
