Beginning arm machines?

I want to start exercising my arms but am not sure what to do!
Mainly my target is the under part of my biceps that are in desperate need of some fat shedding.
What machines/exercises do you recommend for this and how many reps, how many days a week in combinaion with cardio? What weight?

Doing arm exercises isn't going to spot reduce fat...when you diet you lose fat from all over your body and from wherever your body wants to take it from first.
In RE to your muscles though, you should definitely be doing some resistance work to help you maintain the muscle you have...so when you do shed the fat, there will be some nice muscle underneath it.
You're not going to get a whole lot of benefit from just working your arms...you'll get far more bang for your workout buck doing a full body routine a few days per week. If you have access to a gym and weight room then I would suggest looking at New Rules or Starting Strength or Strong Lifts 5x5 and doing one of those beginner routines. Otherwise you could look at something like You are Your Own Gym if you just want to do body weight stuff.0 -
