Is myfitnesspal tracking all sugar or only added sugar?
I am confused about the sugar being tracked in myfitnesspal. I understand that some sugar occurs naturally in fruits and veggies, but the limit of 23 grams of sugar in my tracker should bebadded sugar only. Myfitnesspal doesn't differentiate. Therefore it seems too restrictive. Thoughts anyone?

I am considering trying the medifast take shae for life progam but tracking it on ftnesspal. Has anyone tried that plan and have any pros or cons to share? It is 5 solid or liquid meal replacements and oe protein and veggie meal per day.
