Is myfitnesspal tracking all sugar or only added sugar?

I am confused about the sugar being tracked in myfitnesspal. I understand that some sugar occurs naturally in fruits and veggies, but the limit of 23 grams of sugar in my tracker should bebadded sugar only. Myfitnesspal doesn't differentiate. Therefore it seems too restrictive. Thoughts anyone?

It tracks sugar in foods. You can change the amount on custom setup.

MFP tracks all sugar...natural or added.
I made the mistake of monitoring my sugar number in the beginning. I freaked when I saw how many sugar grams I was eating until I noticed that the majority came from fruits and vegetables. As long as you read labels and do not add any sugar to your food then you are doing great! The only macros i track are protein, fiber, carbs, fat and sodium.0
