I consider this more than a NSV, this is a Big Victory! I had major ankle surgery at the end of October 2012. Today I ran a mile and walked another mile on the treadmill. This is a big deal seeing as I had to relearn how to walk!

How often should I be taking a look at the scale? I am figuring once a week but it's hard to not want to look. Any ideas folks?
